I/We hereby confirm and agree that:

1. All statements, information, and documents provided by me/us are true, correct, and accurate.
2. Any required consent for the collection of my/our personal data and information by third-party service providers in relation to my/our application has been duly secured.
3. Providing inaccurate information—whether by misrepresentation, falsification, or omission—shall be deemed an attempt to defraud AFC Motors Financing, Inc. Such actions shall result in the denial of my/our application or the cancellation/termination of any approved application. AFC Motors Financing, Inc. reserves the right to pursue civil and/or criminal remedies against me/us in such cases.
4. AFC Motors Financing, Inc. retains full discretion to approve or deny my/our application for financing. In the event of denial, AFC Motors Financing, Inc. shall not be obliged to disclose the reasons for such decision, except as required under applicable laws or by order of a competent court or regulatory authority.
5. AFC Motors Financing, Inc. may impose such terms, conditions, or requirements as it deems necessary or appropriate in relation to my/our availment of any product, service, facility, channel, or any other legitimate business purpose of the corporation.
6. I/We shall promptly notify AFC Motors Financing, Inc. of any updates or changes to the information and/or documents I/we have submitted.
7. I/We consent to receiving updates, notifications, news, offers, promotions, and announcements regarding my/our application and/or related products, services, facilities, or channels through SMS, email, fax, or any other communication method chosen by AFC Motors Financing, Inc.
8. I/We have read, understood, and expressly agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions governing the products, services, facilities, or channels of AFC Motors Financing, Inc. as published at http://www.afcmotors.com.ph
9. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all products, services, facilities, or channels of AFC Motors Financing, Inc. which I/we may avail of. AFC Motors Financing, Inc. warrants that all information and documents obtained from me/us shall be kept confidential, except as may be required under applicable laws, rules, regulations, or orders of government regulators or supervisory authorities.
10. I/We hereby give my/our express consent to AFC Motors Financing, Inc., its duly authorized representatives, and agents to:
    
    1. Collect, use, store, consolidate, and process any and all information provided by me/us;
    2. Outsource the processing of such information to duly authorized third-party service providers, whether within or outside the Philippines;
    3. Verify and/or validate my/our information with government institutions, agencies, bureaus, offices, or instrumentalities, as well as with courts or tribunals; and
    4. Disclose and share my/our information with:
       
       1. AFC Motors Financing, Inc.’s parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related interests (the Asialink Group of Companies);
       2. Credit information and investigation companies, credit bureaus (e.g., BAP Data Exchange, Credit Information Corporation [CIC] under RA 9510), consumer reporting agencies, and other similar entities;
       3. Government institutions, bureaus, agencies, or other competent authorities as may be required by law;
       4. Potential transferees or assignees of AFC Motors Financing, Inc.’s rights and/or obligations under relevant contracts;
       5. Third-party service providers (including but not limited to credit investigators, collection agencies, marketing partners, promotions and loyalty program providers, and joint venture partners), whether based in the Philippines or abroad (collectively, the “Relevant Parties”);
       6. Third-party platforms for purposes of targeted marketing, advertising, and service enhancements, which may include sharing of contact details, service usage, transaction history, and demographic data; and
       7. Such other persons or entities as AFC Motors Financing, Inc. or any member of the Asialink Group of Companies may deem necessary or appropriate to fulfill legitimate business purposes.

The foregoing constitutes my/our express consent under applicable confidentiality and data privacy laws of the Philippines and other relevant jurisdictions. I/We further agree to hold AFC Motors Financing, Inc., the Asialink Group of Companies, and the Relevant Parties free and harmless from any liability, claims, damages, or suits of whatever nature that may arise in connection with the implementation of this authorization.
